The PCs run operating systems from Windows 98 to Windows XP Professional. Lotus Notes/Domino is used for their email and database needs, with Navision used for financial needs. We provide support for all aspects of their IT including network support, application development, procurement advice and strategic direction.

Environment:	One server runs Small Business Server 2003, the other runs Windows 2000 Terminal Services. The PCs fully operate in this Terminal Server environment, hence the operating system on them is only Windows 98. The technical contact on site deals with initial IT queries and passes on those they cannot solve to us.
