Used for all businesses who are not on a Support Pack or Support Plan
Support Pack Rate		from$30 per ¼ hour
Offered to customers who pay 20, 40 or 60 hours "up-front"
Discounted Plan Rates		$27 per ¼ hour
Available to businesses that have a current Support Plan
* Introductory Business Rate *		$25 per ¼ hour
Available to all businesses for their first service request (maximum of 4 hours)

All of our support services are charged in ¼ hour increments
All prices quoted include GST of 10%

Call-out Fees
A call-out fee is charged when on the Standard Rate, or when more than 10 kilometres from the CBD. The call-out fee is a flat $27.50.
